FAQ’s

 How do I track my package? Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided, once the order has been fulfilled. 
 
How long will it take for my package to arrive? 1-3 days, after order has been shipped via USPS. 

Refund/ Exchange? Absolutely, I’m sorry you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) in its original unused condition within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If your item has been lost, stolen or damaged you may file a claim with USPS directly. Couture Intuition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but no worries, we will work together to resolve your issue and make sure you experience is “Couture”. 

Do you ship overseas? Not at this time, but check back as this information will be updated on our website shortly or subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates. 

Do you accept special request? Of course or we wouldn’t be couture. I work with all sorts of request such as weddings, birthdays, remembrance, baby showers, anniversaries, etc. Email me your inquiry at info@coutureintuition.com.
